We strive to provide an excellent service to all our customers but occasionally things can go wrong. We take all concerns seriously and endeavour to resolve all customers’ problems promptly.

All registered insurance brokers are expected to adhere to the Code of Conduct (“Code”) Schedule VI-A (14) Insurance Brokers Regulations, 2018 issued by the Insurance Regulatory & Development Authority (hereinafter referred to as ‘IRDA’ or the ‘Authority’).

If you are still not satisfied with our response or require the assistance of the Authority in resolving a dispute, you may:

  • Approach the Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO) of the insurance company (contact list available upon request at Reception)
  • Approach the Grievance Redressal Cell of the Consumer Affairs Department of IRDAI Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India, Sy.No.115/1, Financial District, Nanakramguda, Gachibowli, Hyderabad – 500 032 Or
  • Call IRDA Grievance Call Centre Toll-free 1800 4254 732 for voice calls Or
  • Send an e-mail to complaints@irda.gov.in
