We strive to provide an excellent service to all our customers but occasionally things can go wrong. We take all concerns seriously and endeavour to resolve all customers’ problems promptly.

All registered insurance brokers are expected to adhere to the Code of Conduct (“Code”) Schedule VI-A (14) Insurance Brokers Regulations, 2013 issued by the Insurance Regulatory & Development Authority (hereinafter referred to as ‘IRDA’ or the ‘Authority’).

If you are still not satisfied with our response or require the assistance of the Authority in resolving a dispute, you may:

  • Approach the Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO) of the insurance company (contact list available upon request at Reception)
